This stuff is terrific. Immediate reduction in pain from the first application. After two months using this twice a day, the swelling in my hands has reduced significantly and I am now able to use my hands the way I sued to. Some of the improvement may be associated with the full defence use as well. Would be great if you had a doctor that could advise on the best way to use these products.
